    The present research deals with topics that are related with various issues with the Extrajudicial Partition of heritage assets, making a particular approach to the problems and inconveniences that citizens face on a daily basis. Being this recognized institution within the Ecuadorian Legal System it presents two options for its due implementation and application, in a first scenario we have the faculty that does not imply greater solemnity as it is to go before a Notary and raise the Deed of assets to Public Deed.
