In this research, an analysis of the current situation of private child development centers where detailed improvement plan is carried out. The development of this work degree aims to demonstrate the feasibility of the Improvement Plan in strengthening the weaknesses found in each institution to offer care and quality education, adequate infrastructure, recreational areas safely, parental involvement in the educational process and conflict resolution to children. This idea arises from the need to raise awareness among institutions for the proper management of activities in the development of learning, aimed to achieve a teaching excellence not only academically but in all aspects surrounding the child; from the womb of the improvement plan and survey executed directors and teachers of each school, the purpose of this paper, an analysis on the salient problems and the actions taken to obtain favorable results is the feasibility of the investigation established through a qualitative approach through which was evident lack of results against actions taken within the CDI, with frequency tables that clearly demonstrate this and in turn both the directors and teachers differ in the types of problems they were treated in each establishment. The improvement plan of private child development centers consolidates quality education, as long as they work together between principals, teachers and parents to reach a level of education first and develop in the child a school performance according the current curriculum reform.
