    Estudio de satisfacción del cliente en el evento festival Fundación de Cuenca 15K 2013 en la Empresa JP Sport Marketing

    After completing the study of customer satisfaction and the methodology used for this study, an investigation was conclusive-descriptive type, the tool that was used for data collection was through an online survey, the same that was posted on the official website of the event and was directed to the 10,000 athletes who participated, taking a massive response. There are some variables to be taken into account for the highest percentage of satisfaction regarding models participating in future editions of the event. Such is the case of: • Absence of the female gender, because there are only 20% participation. • Children under 15 years only reached 7% of participation. • In the place of delivery of chips there is a disagreement of 20%. • Delivery of 19% t of dissatisfaction in size. Participants were highly satisfied with 86%, from excellent to very good, showing that the event covers with as many of their expectations.
