    The Human factor is essential and the need for safety is primary in any working system to be developed, the knowledge workers have about the risks caused by working conditions is a key factor, so identification of risks is necessary to evaluate them and take corrective action to reduce or eliminate them. This study proposes a model for analyzing and evaluating the risks of the drinking water plant and sewer system of EMAPAT-EP of El Tambo city, from information collected from different working areas, in order to present a quantified matrix that allows as to provide information on existing risks in each section of the plant, serving as a model for decision making by administrative leadership on investments in security.
