Anteproyecto del parque El Triunfo de Gualaceo
(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-07-11) Chuno Quinche, Johny Fabian; Panamá Loja, Diego Cristobal; Saltos Carvallo, Héctor Javier
The population growth projections point to an increase in the number of inhabitants in the cities and peripheral urban areas. Given the increase in population, the growth of cities is imminent, something that is evident in the uncontrolled expansion of the urban area. The problems of the uncontrolled growth of the city is reflected in the lack of planning of public recreational spaces such as green areas and parks. Thus, a large part of these facilities do not meet the needs of the population, due to design or scale problems in which they are configured. In this work, it consists of assembling the urban architectural project of the neighborhood park, of Barrio El Triunfo, by applying strategies and criteria that are friendly to nature and functionally efficient. For the development of this project, the conditions are analyzed, such as the physical and social environment, within the context of the city in which it is located. Through the analysis and evaluation of the characteristics of the place, a set of strategies is put together for the conception and implementation of the project. In this way, the resulting final project, attached to the conditions analyzed, meets the needs that are encountered or are raised, providing the Barrio El Triunfo with an urban facility that provides comfort, security and dignity to its inhabitants.
