This situation has generated problems in the stability of the personnel in their jobs, having a significant staff turnover. In addition to this, there is no regulation that regulates the processes that must be followed during recruitment, selection and induction, giving rise to possible deficiencies in the performance of the Human Talent area. For this reason, the present integration project formulates a proposal for the design of a manual for recruiting, selecting and inducing personnel for Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito CREA Ltda. To create the manual proposal, surveys were conducted with all the Institution's personnel, as well as an interview with the Director of Human Talent to establish a detailed context. Once this information was obtained, the processes of the sub-systems of recruitment, selection and induction that are managed within the Cooperative were validated. In addition, together with the head of Human Talent, the deficiencies and needs detected were raised to optimize the aforementioned sub-systems. The result obtained from the Integrator project was the design of a Manual focused on the sub-systems of recruitment, selection and induction for the staff of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito CREA Ltda. This manual regulates aspects such as: guidelines for the application ofrecruitment policies, guides for the application of job interviews, process for the induction of personnel and the necessary inputs to guarantee the adequate management of the aforementioned subsystems.
