    The present titling work was developed on the company SARAGUROMEDIC of the canton of Saraguro-Loja, which provides medical care services in the canton and since 2018 it was formally constituted, trying to provide solutions to the needs of people who They do not receive a quality medical service from public institutions such as: hospitals or the IESS where care is very delayed and sometimes they are treated with discrimination. For this reason, a market investigation was carried out in order to gather information to determine the needs of the canton and determine the appropriate actions to provide solutions to them through the construction of a new building with much larger facilities, specialties that the company and strategies to differentiate itself from the competition through a quality service, integrated into a corporate philosophy that is shared by all employees to achieve synergy, avoid discrimination against their patients and seek to improve the quality of life of the Saraguro canton.
