    Los requisitos adicionales de la Ley Orgánica de Garantías Jurisdiccionales y Control Constitucional, respecto a las normas de aplicación de las garantías jurisdiccionales constitucionales, en el Estado Ecuatoriano

    The research of this paper deals with a legal analysis of the provisions of Article 86 of the Constitution against the additional procedural requirements of the LOGJCC. Consideration will be given to the requirements of the application, the procedure for obtaining a judgment on judicial guarantees, the constitutionality of the last paragraph of article 10 of the LOGJCC and the various classifications of constitutional review in the country. An action of unconstitutionality will be discussed, its admissibility, procedure and effects, and on the basis of criteria determined by judges and a qualitative analysis of public actions of unconstitutionality accepted by the Constitutional Court, the merits of such action against the provision presumed to be unconstitutional because it infringes the principle of informality governing constitutional matters.
