    Comunicación y socialización de los niños con TEA del preescolar “La Cometa”, a partir de un plan de intervención

    Communication and socialization are the most affected areas in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), leading to deficiencies in their social interaction. This research aimed to analyze the level of communication and socialization in preschool children with ASD at "La Cometa" preschool through an intervention plan to strengthen their communicative skills. The approach was qualitative and exploratory, utilizing a case study technique involving three children aged 3 to 5 years old. The research-action design, encompassing planning, action- observation, and reflection phases, allowed designing and implementing an intervention plan based on the children's needs diagnosis. As a result, a significant improvement was identified through an individualized intervention plan that reinforced the teacher's classroom efforts. Children with ASD achieved skills that were not attained in their initial assessment.
