    Proyecto de factibilidad para la ampliación de un taller artesanal dedicado al diseño y producción de closets melaminícos para el sector inmobiliario

    The following work refers to the feasibility of extending a craft workshop which will focus on the design and production of melamine closets for real estate. The expansion of this workshop is necessary due to an increased product demand from existing customers; as well as changes made by the government which directly affect the artisanal sector. Chapter I: after putting emphasis related to the main characteristics of the product; an analysis of the current environment was done, in which it was determined the demand and supply for the product in Cuenca as well as its respective analyzes. Chapter II: all the necessary factors for the proper functioning of the plant were determined. Also an engineering project was performed, which includes the necessary requirements, production processes, and distribution plant among others. Chapter III: legal aspects of the company were established, also the organizational structure of the company and the characteristics to be met by staff for a particular post were determined. Chapter IV: refers to the financial study in which the necessary investment and the way of financing for the expansion of the workshop was determined. Finally the various indicators and rates were calculated to measure the sensitivity and project profitability. Chapter V: The conclusions and recommendations of the most important aspects of previous studies were presented.
