    This monographic work which is called "IMPORTANCE OF TRAINING TEACHERS IN USING NEW INFORMATION AND COMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES ", shows the importance of training primary school teachers in the use of ICTs, some of the relationship between teaching and learning Constructivist processand new information and communication technologies. In addition, it analyzes the new role that a teacheracquires when using ICTs within a teaching-learning constructivist process. This research provides a sight of the necessary ICTs skills that a teacher of primary education that will enhance the educational process from the proper use of these technologiesshould have. It also exposes some barriers that arise in terms of skills ICTs by teachers. Concluding that, teacher training in the use of ICTs constructivist based approach, is important to improve the quality of the educational process. For this research, several book as articles and websiteswereconsulted, that will meet the objectives and the questions of this monograph.
