Developed a descriptive study of cross-section in a sample of 100 students; the presence of IgG antibodies was determined anti-H. pylori in serum by chemiluminescence technique. To understand the characteristics of the sample was determined a survey elaborated for this purpose. The statistical analysis of the data was processed in SPSS v. 22.0 Epidat 3.0 to Windows. Results were 51 students never eat breakfast 48 (96,07%) of these were positive for IgG anti-H. pylori; 57 students do not eat lunch at their homes, 48 (84,21%) are positive for IgG anti H. pylori. The majority of students maintain a diet rich in carbohydrates (45.71%), lipids (81.42%), and proteins (61.72%) giving positive for incidence of H. pylori. To a lesser extent the toxic habits as the consumption of alcohol and cigarettes in 20 students 100% are positive for IgG anti-H. pylori. Consequently the overall result was an incidence of 67% positive for IgG class antibodies anti-H. pylori.
