Item Participación organizativa comunitaria e intención emprendedora social con enfoque de género de la Asociación de Desarrollo Agropecuario Familiar de la parroquia Güel, en el año 2020(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-04-13) Castro Tello, Lourdes Daniela; Tinizhañay Yungaicela, Mercy Verónica; Álava Atiencie, Nubia GabrielaThe Association for Family Agricultural Development (ADAF-GÜEL) is made up of 42 partners dedicated to agro-productive activities, raising small animals and crafts. It is an association in which 61% of the members are women, however, there is still a need to generate empowerment so that they assume decision-making positions, since none of them is leading organizational management processes towards the association. With that said, this case studies aims to analyze the community organizational participation and social entrepreneurial intention of the partners of ADAF Güel from a gender perspective as a latent need to demonstrate the situation of organizational participation, triple gender role and social entrepreneurial intention ofthe partners in the association. Methodologically, we worked with quantitative and qualitative- participatory analysis; for the quantitative part through a survey form the information was collected and descriptive and inferential statistics were used, while in the qualitative part throughinterview, the speeches of the voices that make up the ADAF were analyzed and from the participatory part through creative feedback workshops the analysis of the information was deepened. The results show that community organizational capacities are not developed within the association that allow a real community organizational participation that affects the social entrepreneurial intentions, which is reflected in a deficit in collective work capacities, Likewise, women continue to be framed in a set of activities of their reproductive role, which prevents themfrom having a greater presence in productive and community roles. Finally, education, innovation and inter-institutional articulation emerge as proposals to strengthen organizational and entrepreneurial processes at the collective level.
