This project promotes the inclusion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in hospitality activities through the integration of older adults in Loja Province, Ecuador. The province is characterized by a high proportion of older adult population, representing 11.90% of the total. However, it has been identified that the hotel establishments in the region lack solid CSR strategies, which provides an opportunity to promote the integration of this group. The project proposes to establish collaborations between hotels and older adults, allowing them to participate in dignified productive activities, such as the production of organic food, taking advantage of their experience and capacity. To this end, a comprehensive diagnosis of the stakeholders involved was carried out, using bibliographic methods and field studies, as well as the guide of the National Planning Secretariat of Ecuador for public investment programs. Preliminary results indicate the feasibility of involving 54 older adults from the Mi Nuevo Hogar Foundation as suppliers for the Zamorano Real Hotel. This association will generate stable income for the older adults and improve the corporate image of the hotel. Additionally, a 5% annual increase in hotel occupancy is estimated as a result of this initiative. The financial analysis reveals a Net Present Value (NPV) of $6.606,24 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 56%, demonstrating the high profitability of the project over a four-year horizon. However, this projection largely depends on state intervention to ensure the working capital and the success of the project.
