    Our companies need to be strengthened more than ever. Talent, resources and the environment show new features; understand and manage it is the challenge. The increasing organizational is cause of precisely this situation, and the manufacturing sector, including the graphic arts have no exception. Thus, designing a process management system to maximize the value of the graphics company through the management of its activities together is the objective of this search and it proposes its application for graphical SME: EDICAS. The actions performed for this purpose were organized in phases. The first one was identification of existing processes in the company and their interaction, the talent were involved through interviews. The following steps included the lifting of each process including characterization, description of activities and flowchart. Subsequently control processes contemplated by performing indicators and also it proposes a scheme for improvement. Finally, it shows that the Management System Based on Process is an administrative model whose application is valid in our environment, and its success depends on the commitment of the leadership and talent.
