The students in internal mobility situations, also known as “foreign” students, face various challenges that can impact their quality of life. This study aimed to determine the overall perception of the quality of life of foreign university students, with specific objectives to describe the different dimensions of quality of life (physical health, psychological well-being, social relationships, and environment), differentiate the perception of quality of life based on sociodemographic and academic variables. The research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive approach, using a sample of 75 students. Data collection was carried out through the application of a sociodemographic and academic questionnaire, and the World Health Organization Quality of Life questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF). The results reveal that the majority of students perceive their quality of life as "normal" and "regular." Regarding dimensions, the social relationships dimension stands out compared to others. By gender, a higher percentage of males consider it "normal" compared to females. Students living alone show a quality of life ranging from "regular" to very poor. On the other hand, students who lack sufficient resources for their monthly expenses perceive their quality of life as "regular." In the academic context, students expressing "dissatisfaction" and "very dissatisfaction" perceive their quality of life as "regular".
