This project highlights a proposal for alternative accommodation at the Anka Tiyana tourist viewpoint located in Turi, Cuenca-Ecuador, in the Boquerón area. The objective is to improve the offer of products and services by inserting accommodation in rooms other than the usual ones. To do this, it is based on an analysis of the current situation using tools such as SWOT and PESTEL, in addition to carrying out a market study in which quantitative and qualitative methods are used to obtain data and thus have a panoramic vision where to direct efforts and resources. Finally, the Canvas is used in which the business idea is captured in nine steps. On the other hand, taking into consideration the results obtained during the research at the macro and micro environment level, it is concluded that Ecuador, being a multicultural country and participating in international fairs, contributes to progress in tourism issues, and the city of Cuenca is no exception with certifications that accredit greater competitive advantage over other cities. For this reason, once the market study has been carried out through the application of surveys to visitors to the Anka Tiyana tourist viewpoint, the need to integrate lodging services and continuous improvement in products and services offered by the place is evident.
