The proposal seeks to present a series of demonstrations that have been selected to visualize how the properties of real numbers are applied in their resolution under a more formal mathematical language. Each demonstration is accompanied by its respective video tutorial, published on the YouTube platform, since in addition to the proposal it is intended that these resources help students in their active autonomous learning, as well as a tool for teachers to teach their classes. This research arose due to the few existing guidelines within the Ecuadorian curriculum on the subject of Properties of Real Numbers, added to the fact that most students have difficulties in their use, or little relation with these, in exercises and their implication and importance for other areas related to algebra. The work is based on the postulates of constructivism and the use of TIC's as a teaching and learning technique, for which an evaluation was applied to students studying algebra of the Pedagogy Career in Experimental Sciences of Mathematics and Physics at the University of Cuenca to inform us of how they are in terms of their level of knowledge. From the results obtained, it is worth mentioning that a certain percentage of students have an insufficient level of the subject, which is a matter of concern since this should be basic knowledge due to the fact that it is studied and worked on during their time at school.
