    Desarrollar una propuesta para la apertura de un bar restaurant temático en comida fusión ecuatoriana-mexicana, en Azogues

    In the last years food and beverage, in Azogues has had a great growth. Therefore, it is convenient to create a business plan for a bar-themed restaurant in Ecuadorian-Mexican fusion food, whose principal objective is to start a business, in order to apply the knowledge acquired in the college career. More than an economic interest it seeks to offer a new gastronomic proposal, while creating new jobs for future professionals in culinary arts. The importance of this thesis is finding ways to meet needs of demanding public seeking different gastronomic offers. During this analysis, it has seen convenient to create a bar-restaurant with Ecuadorian- Mexican fusion food. The resulting information, in addition to being an investigation, is a particular source of information to analyze the feasibility of this business, and its implementation. This project seeks to analyze issues related to design, establishment and operation of this new gastronomic offer, for which market analysis and feasibility, structuring of gastronomic organization, marketing, and financial analyzes were carried out.
