    Plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa cultural turística de audio guías de leyendas de la ciudad de Cuenca

    The present intervention project consists of developing a business plan for the creation of a cultural tourist company of audio guides on legends of the city of Cuenca. To this end, a market study, technical and organizational study and, finally, a financial study were carried out to know the viability of the project. For the market study a qualitative research was carried out through the application of the concept and price test, a sample of 30 people distributed respectively among the generations: Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millennials. Therefore, the results obtained reflect a great acceptance by the three generations to learn more about the culture and history of the city, highlighting the innovative idea of 3D audio guides. Subsequently, with the preparation of the technical study, the necessary information was obtained for the process and development of the audio guides in 3D format, in addition, identifying the necessary equipment to operate and produce them. It also determined the necessary personnel, as well as the areas of work and jointly, the description of each job and activity related to each of them. Finally, with the development of the financial study, the viability and profitability of the project is evident since the regaining of capital is obtained in the first four years.
