    Target In the present investigation was aplied a educative strategy abaut sexually transmited infections in teengers from the "Instituto Superior Pedagógico Intercultural Bilingüe Quilloac". Cañar Province 2014. Material and Methods Its a quasi-experimental, wich is based in the a pre and pos test to the teens from the “Instituto Superior Pedagógico Intercultural Bilingüe Quilloac”. It was perfomed by 72 teenagers of basic cycle, to collect data. It was applied a form about knowledge, attitudes and practices about ITS, in wich we valve educational intervention Results In the pre test on knowledge, we got 20.41% bad; attitudes a 14.0% who dnot know what attitud would take, practices a 4.86% no good. Who dont answer, because the knowledge of teenagers are deficient, after an educaive intervention we have an significative development 69,10% , abaut knowledge and attitudes a % 91,67 practics. Conclusions This investigations contributed to increase the knowledge, practics, attitudes abaut ITS in teenagers as we can observe the results obtained in the post test after educative intervention.
