    Análisis de la inclusión al campo laboral, público y privado de los estudiantes egresados de la carrera de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad de Cuenca del año 2012

    The present research is focused on the analysis of adding private graduates students studying Business Administration at the University of Cuenca in 2012 workplace, public, and was developed with the purpose of providing college tool that allows to make decisions about curriculum content to meet business expectations and professionals in practical field work in accordance with the organic law on higher education (LOES). Particular field of research directed to 87 graduates in Business Administration Career in 2012, which allowed us to collect information regarding was performed: • Personal Data • Skills • Plan for Life • Employment Status • Level of Identity with the University In what refers to the current employment status of most graduates are working 87.4%, and 70.0% of them are linked to a work activity primarily in private companies and only 16.3% in public companies. Over 60% of graduates develop directly related to their training acquired at the University of Cuenca activities. Finally, it is important to note that the majority of respondents said that their job opportunities depending on the study and career college that formed fluctuates between 37.9% and 43.7% moderate good which is important because it confirms that there are places in the region graduates for professional work in the School of Business Administration.
