    Women's football has been restricted in different countries that do not accept equal sports rights, currently in Ecuador that barrier has been overcome, however, there are still limitations such as lack of support, and even discrimination against female soccer players. By his immediate surroundings; which has repercussions in a certain way, in the development and improvement of the physical conditions of the athletes. That is why this study analyzes a compilation of contemporary bibliography, with the aim of determining the effects of the development of conditioning and coordinating directions in physical preparation for women's football. Concluding that, the studies found show that proprioceptive training generates an increase in coordination capacities considerably, which in turn allows them to improve their physical performance for championships, and that in turn this study is beneficial to contribute positively to development comprehensive women's soccer, in Ecuador, because, at present, there are academies and even women's soccer teams, but that adequate support is still not felt, which should be given to women's soccer.
