    Situación actual del liderazgo político de las nacionalidades de Pastaza

    This monograph has been developed in the province of Pastaza, aimed at seven nationalities of the same province, as Shuar, Achuar, Kichwa, Sapara, Andwa, Shiwiar, Waodani and that each of them identify with their own languages linguistic cultural relevance, its own forms and processes of organizational, social, economic life, socio political leadership, rules and wisdom, worldview, traditions and territorial space of coexistence, which could perceive for six months of work done by the leaders as, leaders and young people from the same countries. The Current Situation of the Political Leadership seeks to analyze the Nationalities dirigenciales attitudes occurred until the present, to reflect and establish strategies work and interests of the people linked to activities that strengthen institutional trust partner organization through a new consistent leadership to your environment. So that this monograph is summarized in three key sections: first, the styles of political leadership is reviewed from the worldview of Nationalities; conceptualization of nationality and people from the indigenous world view and constitutional; legal basis for recognition of nationalities; types of leadership. The second chapter presents the perceptions of young people of nationalities around the exercise of political leadership leaders exercising political leadership of men, women and youth Finally, in the third chapter a training proposal arises in political leadership for the Nationalities, leaving some conclusions and recommendations for the reader.
