Item Percepción de las niñas y niños inmigrantes venezolanos que residen en la ciudad de Cuenca sobre las afectaciones en sus relaciones interpersonales, en el periodo 2022 - 2023(Universidad de Cuenca, 2024-03-01) Calle Ludizaca, Cristina Piedad; Santos Morocho, José LuisWith the ongoing economic and political crisis in Venezuela, many families have been forced to migrate to other countries, and it is crucial to understand how these children navigate their new surroundings and relationships. The objective of this study was to describe the perception of Venezuelan immigrant children on the possible effects on their interpersonal relationships through a contextual analysis of the conditions in which they live and the perception of their interpersonal relationships. This study approached from a qualitative approach, non-experimental, phenomenological, and descriptive design through a semi-structured interview. The research shows that the insufficiency of public policies in response to extensive migration processes to Ecuador leaves unattended the guarantees of rights for migrant children who face difficulties in accessing services and experience obstacles in the school environment, such as bullying and xenophobia.
