    The present integrative project called "Internal Control Audit of the Cooperative Mushuk Yuyay Ltda., 2018 period” aims to determine the degree of efficiency, efficacy and economic procedures carried out by Mushuk Yuyay Ltda. which helps with the fulfillment of its objectives, as well as formulating conclusions and recommendations. This project will contain four chapters, with a theoretical part that consists general information of Mushuk Yuyay Ltda. together with a theoretical framework that covers the main concepts and the practical aspect when audit phases are developed and carried out. This was conducted by collecting and verifying the necessary information that will be used in the evaluation, in order to determine the fulfillment of the proposed plans and objectives. As a result, the audit report was able to find conclusions and recommendations directed to Mushuk Yuyay Ltda., with the purpose to improve the performance of their daily activities and have adequate internal control management
