The group between the ages of 11-20 represents 27% of the illness and 22% was between the ages of 21-30. The flat shaped lesions represent 92%. Multiple lesions were 69%. 63% were of a firm consistency. 49% were pink colored. The pedicle type represents 51%. The HEM represents 95% of the cases. 73% of the cases were treated with trichloroacetic acid. Complications due to treatment were pain and reappearance, 3.38%. Conclusions: Oral warts caused by VPH are not common in our surroundings, 59 cases were attended, for which almost entirely were due to HEM, concentrating majorly between the ages of 11-20 and the female gender. Characteristically the lesions were flat, multiple, of a firm consistency, sessile, on tongue, pink and melanin colored. The trichloroacetic acid was utilized mostly.
