The present job is based on the organizational redesign of the Golden Mining society, whose lack in having a creative organized structure, responsible and well-established causes us to focus on evaluating the different functions according to how he/she sees fit. In order to propose and implement the project and obtain good results, one must analyze the shortcomings determined according to data provided by surveys. The main objective of this study is based on the development of an organizational redesign for which propose a broad management of recruitment techniques, internal security personnel, distribution functions, specifically based on improving the organizational and administrative of the society in general. It also focuses on dialogues where transparent and easily adaptable processes are used to obtain a favorable compliance of activities By maintaining human and environmental preservation, these actions intend to create a climate that allows employees to be connected with society, thus, society becomes trustworthy and safe. It is hoped that this study will be beneficial for the company to identify critical factors, as well as improve your organizational culture, thus, also the strategic management of all its elements.
