Item Efecto de diferentes concentraciones de 6-Bencilaminopurina (BAP) y 2- isoPentil adenina (2iP) en la multiplicación in vitro de Vaccinium corymbosum L (arándano) cvs. Biloxi y Emerald(Universidad de Cuenca, 2023-07-04) Cabrera Castro, Rosa Angelica; Guamán Guamanrrigra, Daisy Verónica; Maita Supliguicha, Segundo MoisésThe consumption and demand of the blueberry fruit (Vaccinium corymbosum L) during the last years has increased worldwide, Ecuador presents favorable climatic conditions for the development of this crop. The propagation of the plant is done by cutting or seeds, this technique is slow and inefficient, reasons why an alternative technique is sought, this being the culture of tissues in vitro. The project aims to evaluate the effect of different concentrations of 6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP) and 2-isoPentyl adenine (2iP) on the in vitro multiplication of Vaccinium corymbosum L(blueberry) cvs. Biloxi and Emerald. Two disinfection protocols with sodium hypochlorite at 3% and 5% were evaluated. Subsequently, two independent experiments were carried out, one for each cultivar, with a completely randomized design (DCA), with 6 treatments and 1 witnees with the bioregulators BAP and 2iP in three different doses 0,5%, 1,0% and 2,0% the variables were analyzed: number of shoots, length of shoots and number of leaves. It was obtained as a result that sodium hypochlorite (5%) for 5 minutes presented less contamination of the explants, on the other hand, the different doses of the bioregulators used did not promote the multiplication of shoots, but if induced in the growth and development of the yolk. The 2iP at a concentration of 0.5% presented a greater number of explants developed and number of leaves in the two cultivars and presented a longer length of yolk only in cv. Biloxi.
