    The modern business world is increasingly responding to the demands of an environment that is constantly more exposed to change. Implementing a financial management system is necessary so that the results are a consequence of management and not a coincidence. Micro-enterprises' behavior concerning financial planning and management reflects that their activities are developed empirically, demonstrating a lack of knowledge of financial tools that benefit their performance. For this reason, the proposal was made based on the organization's needs after analyzing qualitative methods, such as interviews, and quantitative ones, such as evaluating the accounting information of the business under study. Based on the above, this thesis proposes the design of a Financial Management System for EFCO MUEBLES as a financial tool aimed at providing the organization with the correct management of resources allowing the appropriate decision-making to achieve business objectives.
