(2019-05-15) Bueno Macancela, Diana Carolina; Torres Inga, Miriam Patricia; Arias Medina, William Paúl
The social well-being is a condition linked to the human being who focuses in material and not material aspects that there approaches characteristics like skills and personal capacities and the valuation of the individual on the dynamics of his environment, another condition for the development of these characteristics is the work that not only has the aptitude to generate employment and economic resources, also it is a space where there develop interpersonal relations and a context in which there is unrolled the person, characteristics that form a part of the social well-being. The general aim was to describe the level of social well-being of the informal workers of a market of the city of Cuenca. The informal workers present a level of social moderate well-being, the dimension of social integration was the best valued one with an average of 3,87. They did not find significant differences between the variables partner demographic and the dimensions of the scale with the exception of the dimension social update in relation with the variable of sex. Before the results it is possible to conclude that the labor dynamics in which the informal workers are immersed do not promote relations of confidence and acceptance. One recommends to confirm this investigation from a qualitative modality to know the perceptions of social well-being of the workers, as well as to realize an analysis multivariate to identify with major precision the characteristics of this population.
