Les accords réciproques pour l’Eau comme outil de participation citoyenne et de développement local

Malgré les efforts croissants pour prendre soin de l’environnement, les bassins fluviaux continuent de faire face à de graves problèmes. Dans cet intérêt à endiguer ce problème, les Accords Réciproques pour l’Eau (ARE) sont nés comme une alternative aux instruments économiques traditionnels de protection de l’environnement. Le présent travail vise à analyser la participation des habitants du bassin supérieur et inférieur, entre les années2013-2019, dans le microbassin du fleuve Tabacay, sud de l'Équateur. Les résultats obtenus ont montré que la gestion de l'eau doit s'articuler autour de la participation active des habitants à la recherche d'un progrès local qui permette un développement territorial durable.
Modelo de negocios para la creación de una Cooperativa de Taxis Eléctricos en la ciudad de Cuenca

The present work was oriented to propose a business model to create a taxi cooperative with electric vehicles in the city of Cuenca; the analysis of the automotive market in the city, which allowed the structuring of the plans and respectful strategies, as well as the economic and financial analysis for the partners and the taxi cooperative that were formed, in order to determine the viability of the proposed business model. The various indicators of the opportunities and threats of the macro and microenvironment were identified and evaluated, as well as the strengths and capabilities of the market compared to the current automatic market of the city of Cuenca; where it was possible to determine that the viability of the creation of the business exists for the benefits for the community and especially for the environment, because it would give a great impulse to the public transport of the city. However, from the economic and financial analysis, it was determined that in a scenario of positive cooperation to gain market and with minimum rates, this business model would not give economic benefits to its associates; and, on the contrary, occasionally, because the generated income does not reach the high costs for the maintenance of the sophisticated cars.
Propuesta para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de platos descartables biodegradables, hechos a base de hojas de plátano en la ciudad de Cuenca en el periodo 2019

The purpose of this titling work is to create a company that is dedicated to the production of biodegradable disposable plates made from the leaves of the banana plant and its commercialization to fast food businesses in the city of Cuenca, contributing from this way with the decrease of environmental pollution. Banana Leaf is a company that uses as raw material, one of the abundant resources in the country and that are not normally used and discarded. Studies were carried out that allowed determining the viability of the same, starting with the market study, which analyzed the interest of fast food businesses to acquire the product, using as a sample 299 fast food businesses in the city, the results obtained by tabulating the surveys carried out were positive. The technical study allowed us to have a clear idea of the production process, location, machinery and materials to be used, among others, the financial study allowed us to confirm that the project is profitable, since a VPN of $ 24477, an IRR of% 33 and a recovery period of three years, leaving as a result that the business is viable. Finally, by starting up the company, investors will obtain an economic benefit that is sustainable with the environment
