This research used a mixed methodology, quantitative and qualitative, with a study population of 197 people, from which a sample of 130 male and female employees was obtained. For this purpose, the "Guide for the Application of the Psychosocial Risk Questionnaire of the Directorate of Safety, Health at Work and Comprehensive Risk Management of the Ministry of Labor" was used, as well as the Test of Problematic Use of Pornography, the Test on the Use of Technologies and the Test on Alcohol Consumption. The intervention line that runs through the social work within learning communities, is part of a renewed reflection as to what to do in the educational and professional community area, facing the global nature of problems with the participation of all people involved in the educational process and that are part of a community, recognizing that people are capable of speech and action. This study begins with the conceptualization of development, education and community, describing its most important aspects. Next is carried out a general approximation about the development, structure and organizational aspects of Learning Communities. Likewise in this study the importance of the relationship school-family-community is integrated, showing them as elements that constitute a social capital by setting up support networks that are solved through integrated community interaction. Knowing this reality, this monograph we review the history of people with disabilities and how are you were recognized during the passage of time, for this work it has become necessary to describe concepts currently handled disability and primarily to the classification in Ecuador. For purposes of this study, it was especially necessary to outline the appropriate terms to refer to people with disabilities and the right way to assist them in addition to recapitulate the path taken by people with disabilities in their federations represented in Ecuador. Finally a brief analysis of the legal regulations at international and national level gradually analyzing the rights acquired by people with disabilities, also addressed the development of positive language that must be used to refer to people with disabilities will be displayed.Item Diagnóstico de la situación socioeconómica de mujeres afiliadas al Seguro Social Campesino, usuarias del Dispensario Médico Mayancela de la parroquia rural Sinincay, en el cantón Cuenca. Año 2023(Universidad de Cuenca, 2024-02-28) Mieles Ledesma, Tamara Yamile; Toledo Romero, Andrea Nicole; Bernal Villa, Max HernánThe purpose of this research focuses on understanding the socioeconomic situation of women affiliated with the Rural Social Security in the Mayancela medical dispensary, located in the parish of Sinincay, in the Cuenca canton, in the year 2023. This is done based on the postulates of the Human Scale Development Theory and the Ecological Theory. To achieve this, 150 questionnaires were applied to affiliated and retired women in this medical dispensary, which were the product of the application of simple random sampling. The approach used in this research was quantitative with a non-experimental - transversal nature and responds to a descriptive research design. Finally, the population under study corresponds to adult and older Ecuadorian women from rural areas, whose main activities are agriculture, livestock and crafts. These women also have the support of pensions, bonuses and remittances, which help provide adequate income to cover their fundamental needs.
