The objective of this degree work is to present an internal and external communication project, which leads us to lay the foundations for the needs-friendly communication system, which in turn focuses on the implementation of communication strategies to achieve our objective. The main one that focuses on designing an internal and external communication plan for the FBC, which was not 100% fulfilled as planned due to the current situation that we are going through, which is the COVID-19 pandemic, but there is great satisfaction for the help that could be provided in the most vulnerable sectors. Techniques and strategies are investigated and investigated with which a communication plan can be obtained according to the needs of the neighborhoods. Contribute to the planning and carrying out of neighborhood activities (either in person or virtually), interviews, inspections, investigations, among others. Identify and prioritize the neighborhoods with the greatest requirements in order to know the resources and satisfy the needs that exist in each neighborhood, through good communication. With the communication plan, a schedule of activities is proposed that focuses on the study population where in-depth interviews are carried out with their respective models, this leads us to the diagnosis of this communication plan, where interviews and observations are used. All this encompasses the realization of this communication plan, for which interviews, observations and the collection of as much information as possible based on polls will be applied.
