It has been shown that plants and their constituents are a source of antioxidants; thus they have the capacity to capture EROS. In this paper the antioxidant activity of extracts from leaves rough Less Jungia was evaluated by DPPH techniques and reducing power in the determination of phenolic compounds Ciolcateau Folin technique was applied. Furthermore, the phytochemical composition was determined using chromatographic fingerprint method as chromatography and thin layer (TLC).The results obtained showed the presence of flavonoid type flavonols and flavones, coumarins, possibly terpenoid saponins. In the analysis of antioxidant activity two techniques were used: the reduction of 1-2,2-diphenyl picrilhidrazilo radical (DPPH) and the reducing power, for which worked with ascorbic acid as standard a value of IC50 obtained 2,90 ug / ml in the method of DPPH and 4.71 ug / ml for the technique of reducing power. In the technique of DPPH IC50 value of the methanol extracts of rough Less Jungia he was found in a range of 31.45 -80.25 ug/ml and dichloromethane between 128,54- 262.13 ug/ml. In developing the technique of reducing power, IC50 of methanol extracts it varies between a range of 33.33 -166.63 mg / ml and dichloromethane extracts from 11.47 -21.74 mg / ml. In determining the phenolic compounds by the technique of Folin Ciolcateau concentrations between 0,81-3.39 mg / ml were obtained in the methanol extract, with regard to the dichloromethane extracts could not be evaluated because of incompatibility with the reagent employee
