    Levantamiento de procesos en la industria de ensamblaje. Caso de estudio: Empresa de Producción Semiautomatizada de Tarjetas Electrónicas y Empresa de Producción Manual de Motocicletas

    The main objective of this research project is the validation of the theoretical and methodological model for the processes mapping in assembly companies,developed in a television assembly company, using as bases two assembly companies, a semiautomatic production company of electronic cards and in a company of manual production of motorcycles. To this end, an analysis of the proposed methodology was done and process-based management was considered as a systemic and integral method in order to comply with the strategies of the organizations and to increase the level of satisfaction of the clients. The developed methodology includes fundamental factors for dealing with processes and activities in enterprises. For such a reason, it is structured in stages that contemplate team training; planning process manuals; knowledge of corporate philosophy; identification; description; review and approval; dissemination; monitoring and measurement; and finally, continuous process improvements. This research seeks to provide organizations with a better understanding of the functioning and interaction of the processes they execute. By means of the analysis applied to the information obtained in the development of this work, it has been determined the existence of possible bottlenecks in the processes of the companies cases of study. In addition, it was performed an identification of critical processes, which require greater attention and continuous improvement. In the same way, it is desired that the information obtained be a solid base to efficiently undertake new investigations.
