This degree work, which is a monographic type, is focused on Body Expression, since this is shown as a field of development in favor to children, through communication by means of the body. So, toddlers express their thoughts and feelings through movement. In addition, it encourages infants not only to acquire skills in different areas of development, but also to build corresponding learning at the Initial Education level. Thus, this monograph aims to analyze the importance of Body Expression in the integral development of children from 3 to 5 years of age. This degree work, in addition to using a documentary research methodology with a descriptive and explanatory scope; investigates bibliographically, collects, organizes and interprets the information in two categories: Body Expression and Integral Development, and after that, a relationship is made with the two categories based on different strategies, in which students could execute and teachers could plan. To conclude, this research allows to highlight that the Body Expression is a fundamental area that favors the integral development of infants from 3 to 5 years of age. Likewise, it emphasizes that working with the Body Expression and with the didactic strategies of this field allows students to achieve social, affective, motor, and cognitive development in a warm and trusting environment.
