    El aborto en casos de violación sexual como derecho según la bioética

    Abortion is a right that women have if they have suffered a rape according to the postulates of Gradualist Bioethics. In chapter one, the sub-branches of Bioethics were examining these are Religious, Utilitarian, Principialist, Personalist, and Gradualist; Of these, the Gradualist is choosing because it is the one with the fewest moral dilemmas and with the significant scientific support. Besides, in the second chapter, a review was made of the two COIP reform attempts in 2014 and 2018 to determine the importance of legalizing abortion in cases of rape for Ecuador.
