Item El bono de desarrollo humano y su incidencia en las condiciones de vida de sus usuarios, caso Nabón(2019) Barreto Arias, Carmen Raquel; Malo Larrea, Antonio JoséCalled also BDH, is a program of conditional cash transfer that in Latin America is implemented from 2000. Its amount is 50 USD monthly, transferred to families in extremely poverty. Conditions co-responsibility and its articulated to other state services. Began in 1998 in a context of economic crisis and political adjustment, it has reforms facing the current social policy. The research accounts the living condition of households, and advance to measure the multidimensional poverty, identifying the deprivation that contribute to it. The dimensions were built jointly, differentiated weights were designated according to the feelings and perception of its participants. 255 stratified sampling surveys were applied, with an error margin ± of 5%, and a confidence level of 95%. It is based on the Alkire and Foster method; and adapts to the particular objectives of the territory, of the program and the validity of the social policies. Indicators are identified and refined; and the thresholds of deprivation are set for the dimensions: housing, basic services, education, work/employment, health and organization. Improvements in their conditions are observed; thus, the deprivations before the Bond reach a maximum of 35,75 and a minimum of 10,75; then reduced to 23,5 and 5 respectively. The tablished quartiles classify the households in: little private, private, very private and extremely private. The deprivations for dimension between this two moments decrease notably in health, work and housing.
