This paper proposes the implementation of a new and innovative teaching and learning alternative methodology which aims to study the issues related to electrical circuits in the subject of Physics. The work is structured in three main chapters: Chapter 1 THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK: In this section, it is introduced argumentative descriptions, which support psycho-pedagogical practices for the educational delimit an identified to promote the development of this delimit. Chapter 2 STAGE STATISTICAL: At this stage, it is necessary to delimitate the investigation field by using a survey technique. In addition, statistical tables and graphs show the results obtained thorough processing questions and giving the respective interpretations. Chapter 3 PROPOSAL: This section contains a fundamental development of the work, it is related to subsequently practices provided in the software NI Multisim called simulations, which in turn, are sorted and listed gradually, according to the degree of complexity. At the end of this proposal, some conclusions and recommendations have been considered relevant to support this work.
