    Dinámicas de movilidad en el marco del Covid-19: estrategias orientadas hacia la movilidad sostenible en la parroquia Baños, Cuenca

    The pandemic caused by Covid-19 has exposed the vulnerabilities, most of the times chronic of cities in Latin America. However, it has also made visible the rapid response and creativity of the governments and the citizens when im- plementing measures to deal with this crisis. The analysis of one of the areas that has been maintaining the most adaptations during this event, such as urban mobility, is of interest. This research focuses on a study on mobility for work reasons in a peri-urban area like Baños Parish in Cuenca, Ecuador. A diagnosis of the study area was made before and after the start of the pandemic where travel characteristics and indicators are evaluated to find the central problem and finally meet the stated objecti- ve, which is to develop strategies that enhance sustainable mobility in the study area.
