    Incidencia, factores de riesgo y complicaciones materno-perinatales durante el embarazo y parto de niños a término, grandes para la edad gestacional, nacidos en el Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso desde el 1° de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre del 2011

    Objective: To determine the incidence, risk factors and maternal-perinatal complications during pregnancy and delivery of term infants, large for gestational age, born Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital from 1 January to 31 December 2011.- Material and Methods: This is a quantitative, descriptive, retrospective and clinical character whose sample is made up of all pregnant women at term, who had great products for gestational age during 2011.- Conclusions: The incidence of RNTGEG was 6.2%, the average maternal age was 26 years, the average population size was 152 cm, overweight women had higher prepregnancy RNTGEG frequency, Diabetes gestational diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hypertensive disease of pregnancy had little relation to RNTGEG, more frequent gestational age was related RNTGEG 39 weeks, 91% of mothers with RNTGEG presented any complications during childbirth, 82% of RNTGEG had some type of complication in the perinatal period.AU
