    The objective of the research is to identify the influence of the work on the profile of Health -Disease nursing staff in the area of Vicente Corral Moscoso Surgery Hospital Cuenca. Methods: This is a descriptive study that will cut determine the influence of work on the health profile of nursing disease in the area of surgery The universe is composed of 22 area workers surgery. Techniques and tools: The instruments used are: • Survey form • Observation Guide RESULTS: The nursing work process is characterized as routine , exhausting , deterior ante by the monotonous rhythms by personnel , a work environment with the presence of hazardous processes associated with handling body fluids , chemicals, exposure to accidents for flats slippery and health profile disease characterized by circulatory problems such as edema, back pain, gastritis, pneumonia. CONCLUSIONS: The research shows the correlation between the labor process and the process of health - Staff Health Nursing Surgery area.
