    Estrategia educativa sobre riesgos y complicaciones dirigida para adolescentes embarazadas atendidas en consulta externa prenatal del Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso, Cuenca 2011

    Objectives. To implement an educative strategy to elevate the level of knowledge in the adolescents embarrassed on the risks and complications that the pregnancy to this age brings with himself. Material and Methods. - It is a descriptive study, that valued the effectiveness of an educative intervention on the knowledge in risks and complications during the pregnancy in adolescents. The universe was constituted by the totality of adolescent pregnant women who attend prenatal external consultation of the Hospital “Vicente Corral Moscoso”. In the present study it was taken as it shows pregnant adolescents who attend the prenatal external consultation of the Hospital “Vicente Corral Moscoso” in the months of February, March and April of the 2011 in the turns in the morning and behind schedule. Result. The 44,86% are single woman mothers, followed of 34,05% who are of free union and are adolescent delayed and 56,76% have incomplete a secondary level, el35, 14% in delayed age consume alcohol, 24. 86% present/display complications as it is the fetal movements, 17.84% have vaginal flow, 14.59% have hypertension, 5.41% have vaginal hemorrhage all the adolescents that have this type of complications are in a delayed age of 17 19 years, 1.62% finish in Cesarean and 14.59% develop arterial hypertension as well. Conclusions. The adolescents embarrassed between 17 - 19 years of age have deficit of knowledge in risks and complications that tae the pregnancy, reason why is of great social interest that begins with a campaign of sexual education to early age, so that the adolescents take brings back to consciousness of the risk that implies the beginning of the sexual life to early age.
