    Nivel de satisfacción con el cuidado de las personas con enfermedad crónica no transmisible que asisten al Centro de Salud Sayausi, Cuenca 2022-2023

    Background: Satisfaction with care by users is part of the indicators for continuous quality improvement, Nursing activity responds to challenges of equity, reliability, effectiveness, good treatment, respect, information, continuity and comfort, which constitute the conditions for user satisfaction. Objective: To evaluate the level of satisfaction with health care in people with chronic noncommunicable diseases who attend the Sayausí Health Subcenter, Cuenca 2023-2024.Methodology: A quantitative descriptive-analytical study was carried out, through a survey with a validated questionnaire in individuals with Chronic Non-Communicable Disease who attend the Sayausi Health Subcenter, which evaluated satisfaction with care, education and quality of service.Results: Most items showed a positive trend, with scores close to 3, indicating a good overall level of satisfaction. Strengths were identified in staff preparedness (ENSCC3), timeliness of services (ENSCC10), and the benefits of educational activities (ENSCC12). In contrast, lower satisfaction levels were observed in staff engagement (ENSCC4), accessibility procedures (ENSCC9), and administrative effectiveness (ENSCC11), suggesting areas for improvement. Conclusions: The study shows that the level of satisfaction in the health care of the users corresponded to the average level, in addition, 30% considered that their expectations were met, they would recommend and prefer the service.
