    This final career work develops, as noted by the authors of the same, the need to improve the existing building techniques in our environment; because of that, in the XXI century, still apply traditional methods with lack of technique and technology. Therefor it needs to update the planning processes, design, management and construction of the project, basing all of this in concepts that will help us to understand in a clear way the topic to be treated. That is why, in the present document addresses as the main theme the industrialization, since our approach is the right tool and the optimal means to generate an appropriate way a project from inception to completion thereof. And as an application and part of this orderly process we see the need to use it in the design stage, which in the case of this thesis is the design of a model of: a multifamily building, an educational center and a health center.
