Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a management model related to good business practices that an organization develops with its stakeholders, the environment, and society in general. This issue has become so crucial that several studies have focused on analyzing the relationship between CSR and stakeholders, mainly employees. It has been shown that these practices influence the levels of commitment and identity of workers. For this reason, the present study aims to identify the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Identity (ID) in the employees of Pasamanería S.A., a textile company from Cuenca that has worked in this type of practice. For this, through a quantitative and qualitative study developed with 193 collaborators via a survey and interviews with the organization's employees, the aim was to discover this correlation as well as to determine whether labor or socio-demographic factors such as hierarchical position, time of experience or gender, influence the perception of CSR and ID. After applying descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, the results showed that in Pasamanería, there is a direct positive relationship between the variables. Likewise, factors such as hierarchical position and years of experience condition the perception of these variables. It was also found that labor laws (Legal D.) and ethical requirements (Ethical D.) predominate in the employee's identity. It consists of their interest in developing and remaining in the organization while helping society (Philanthropic D.). Labor laws (Legal D.) mainly affect how employees seek to integrate and work as a team and their level of pride in belonging to the company (Social and Organizational Identity). These antecedents lead to the conclusion that CSR does affect employee ID. However, the level of this effect will depend on the company’s conditions and characteristics and its internal environment.
