    The present integrating project lies in the evaluation of the internal control system of the Department of Mobility of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock-MAG; which is based on the Internal Control Technical Standards of the General State Comptroller (Control Environment, Risk Assessment, Control Activities, Information and Communication, Monitoring), has as purpose to determine the compliance of the same through the application of the respective questionnaires made to the members involved in the unit. With the study of the internal control system, unfortunate events that could affect the area in the execution of its different activities were identified, these results are presented through the respective internal control report and with this information an improvement proposal was developed that provides in a positive way to the organization, since it will serve as a guide for an optimal execution of the activities, a better decision making, and likewise strengthen the department
