Item Evaluación patológica de infraestructuras hidráulicas de Elecaustro(2018) Angamarca Medina, Jessica Liliana; Caguana Gutiérrez, Diego Xavier; Mogrovejo Carrasco, Daniel EstuardoSome of the works constructed by the company Elecaustro in the region present structural and functional damages due to deterioration processes that occur both in the concrete and in the reinforcing steel; It is therefore essential to carry out non-destructive and semi-destructive tests to determine the main pathologies, the causes of deterioration and the degree of severity of the hydraulic infrastructures. Specific examples of infrastructures to be evaluated: azud Escalera de Peces, El Labrado dam, Tuñi Reservoir, conduction channel and Chanlud dam. The tests used that provided sufficiently reliable pathological results were: sclerometry tests, perforated cores, corrosion potential, adhesion test, ultrasound, infrared thermography, carbonation and remanent life, and structural surveys. The diagnosis of these pathological processes was carried out by visual inspection, sampling and photographic documentation for each case. Analyzes of the data taken in the field were carried out to continue with the elaboration of solution and intervention matrices in which the particular pathology and the recommended treatment can be found, such as: restoration, reconstruction, rehabilitation, preventive maintenance or corrective maintenance. Subsequent to the rehabilitation proposals, it was determined that the most deteriorated infrastructure is the Escalera de Peces, as there are causes such as abrasion and exposure of the armor that is affecting the foot of the dam and needs emerging actions. Rehabilitation methods have been proposed for all hydraulic infrastructures, which serve as reinforcement and in order to guarantee their functionality in the event of subsequent deterioration events.
