    The investigation Administrative diagnosis of the clinic service of the hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso, Cuenca 1004-2005 had a universe of 18 people. The information was obtained through direct observation of the clinical department and the nursing work, the application of interviews to the professional nurses, the focus group guide to the nursing staff. When analyzing and tabulating the data obtained through the application of the interview and the focus group guide, the following problems were found: Lack of an administrative model, lack of material for care, lack of nursing personnel. Faced with these problems are made without problem problems trying to find the main causes and effects, and then give a possible solution to them in the approach of a microproject
